DMCA and Copyright Policy

Last updated: 8 September 2026

1. Our position on originality

All written material on docvexa.fun — the homepage copy, the tool descriptions, the how-to instructions, the about page and these policies — was written for this site. Tool interfaces and the site's styling and scripts were also written here. Where a tool relies on third-party open-source software, that software is used under its own licence and remains the property of its authors. We do not copy descriptions, layouts or policy text from other tool websites, and we do not host user-submitted content of any kind.

2. We do not store your documents

This is important context for copyright complaints. The tools operate entirely inside the visitor's browser: files are never uploaded to us and nothing a visitor processes is stored on our servers. Consequently there is no library of user files here that could be the subject of a takedown request, and we are not able to remove, disclose or retrieve any document a visitor has processed.

3. Reporting a copyright concern

If you believe material published on this site infringes a copyright you own or represent, write to support@docvexa.fun with the subject line "Copyright notice" and include:

  1. your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
  2. identification of the work you say has been infringed, with a link or copy if possible;
  3. the exact URL on docvexa.fun where the material appears, and enough description for us to locate it;
  4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  5. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf, under penalty of perjury;
  6. your physical or electronic signature.

4. How we respond

We aim to acknowledge a complete notice within two working days. Where a claim appears well founded we will remove or amend the material promptly while we investigate, and we will tell you what action we took. Incomplete notices will be answered with a request for the missing details, since we cannot act on a claim we are unable to verify.

5. Counter-notice

If material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was an error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court. We will pass the counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore the material if no legal action is notified within the statutory period.

6. Repeat and abusive claims

Knowingly filing a false claim of infringement may expose you to liability for damages. We keep a record of notices received and may decline to process further submissions from a sender who repeatedly files claims found to be without merit.

7. Using our content

Short quotations with clear attribution and a link to the page are welcome. Wholesale republication of our text, or copying a tool page in order to present it as your own, is not permitted; please ask first at support@docvexa.fun if you have another use in mind.
