These terms form the agreement between you and docvexa.fun when you use this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

1. What the service is

docvexa.fun publishes free document utilities that run inside your web browser. There is no account, no subscription and no upload. Access is provided on an as-available basis and any tool may be changed, replaced or withdrawn without notice.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the tools only with material you own or are entitled to handle, and only for lawful purposes. You must not use the site to process or distribute content that infringes another person's rights, to attempt to interfere with the site's operation, to probe it for vulnerabilities, to scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, or to reproduce it as a competing property. Automated bulk use that imitates a commercial API is not permitted.

3. Your documents and your responsibility

Because processing takes place in your browser, you remain in control of, and responsible for, every file you handle. You are responsible for keeping your own backups. Always verify a result before you rely on it: check the page order of a merged bundle, confirm that a page removal deleted the intended pages, and read extracted text against the original.

4. Intellectual property

The written content, layout, styling, tool names and original code of this site belong to docvexa.fun and are protected by copyright. You may use the tools freely and quote short passages with attribution and a link, but you may not copy substantial parts of the site's text or republish its pages. Third-party open-source libraries used by some tools remain the property of their authors and are used under their own licences. Any documents you create using the tools belong entirely to you; we claim no rights over them.

5. Advertising

The site displays advertising in clearly marked areas. We do not control the content of third-party adverts and do not endorse the products or services they promote. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and them.

6. No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that results will suit your particular purpose. See also our Disclaimer.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, docvexa.fun and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, lost data, corrupted files or business interruption arising from your use of or inability to use this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Third-party links

Some pages link to external resources for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

9. Changes

We may revise these terms as the site develops. The current version always appears on this page with its date, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law and contact
